I listen to Christian radio in the car. You should try it some time. It really makes you feel better, especially if you crank it up really loud so you can’t hear your children. Anyway, this is my new favorite song. Let it say what it will about my life.
Here’s a link if you can’t see the video.
(p.s. Today is the last call for girls’ night out. See here for more info. If you said yes, you should have received and replied to an email from me so I know to buy you a ticket for sure.)
Right??? I listen to it more and more lately just because I need the UP in my day, and the music really does help keeps me centered. Love this artist–have her “Beautiful, beautiful” on repeat some days. 🙂
Greg and I like to listen to Christian rock, too. Before we were married we had a few “Christian rock nights” with friends in our singles ward. Good times and good music. 🙂
Well you didn’t convert me to Christian music, but I did like the song. ‘Specially when it got to “Someone save me.” I say that a lot.
I like Christian Rock–I like that i can listen to it and feel uplifted rather than having to be on high alert to change the station every time “Teenage Dream” (my all time favorite song to hate) comes on to corrupt my innocent kids!
… love it! 😀 Thanks to the introduction! 😉
What a fun song! We all feel that way some days. Or some of us feel that way all days. Or something like that.
P.S. I liked how you used the word “anthem.” I should figure out what my anthem is.
Hey Stephanie-
I didn’t want to take anything away from that great interview with Allison, so I’m leaving this comment here. I just gave you a blog award. It kind of involves some things that you already do, but come check it out if you want.
