Look, my blog had a makeover! Matt said, “Whoa.” which of course I have no idea if that means it looks great or if he might stop recommending it to his friends.
Remember how I just got back from Women’s Conference a few weeks ago and loved it? Well, I want to give you a heads-up on the upcoming broadcasts of some of the talks. I put asterisks next to two of my favorites (plus my best guess for their specific time slot). I haven’t seen all of them yet, because I attended some different classes, but I’m sure they’re all wonderful. If you have BYU-TV (channel 374 on DirecTV) or know someone who can record these for you, you won’t regret watching them. Great stuff here, great stuff. Here’s the scheduling information:
Thursday, May 13 (BYUTV)
1:00–6:00 p.m. MDT
*“Choose Ye This Day to Serve the Lord”
Julie B. Beck (1:00?)
Hearts Bound Together

Arise and Shine Forth: Return to Virtue
Elaine S. Dalton, Mary N. Cook, Ann M. Dibb
“Truth Is Restored Again”

*Coming Together and Sustaining Each Other in Righteous Choices

Friday, May 14 (BYUTV)
1:00–6:00 p.m. MDT

If you haven’t voted for our Diapers and Divinity Poetry Contest winner yet, get crack-a-lackin’. I have no idea why I just used that word. Winners announced at the end of the day Wednesday.
And just because I found this today and I’m really excited to study it, I wanted to share it.

I hope you all had a wonderful Mother’s Day.
Wow!! I LOVE the new look!
Ooooh, it looks great, Stephanie!
Oooo very nice! 🙂 So clean and fresh looking. 🙂
Love it! It looks great! 🙂
Love the new look too!
Thanks for the viewing info.
I too love the new look. I especially love the header pictures! Very nice. We used to get BYU TV when we lived in NY… I miss it very much!
I really honestly and truly love the new design. Just sayin’
I love this new theme! And I’m glad you put up the schedule. I’d set my DVR already, but it didn’t say who would be shown at what time. Woo! I’m so anxious to see Sister Beck’s talk; I’ve heard so many fabulous things about it.
I’m pretty sure that they’re every hour on the hour between 1 and 5 Mountain time. But you can look at the Guide on your satellite, too, and it will probably break it down. Good luck!
I LOVE the new look!! Thanks for posting the schedule too since I went to different classes as well.
Why, what good taste you have, my dear! We’ve picked the same theme. 🙂
It’s sort of like showing up to the prom in similar dresses…but, still very unique and complimentary, don’t you think?
You know what they say about great minds thinking alike. 🙂 (I never went to prom, so I guess this is my moment of glory.)
Ah, the new look is glorious. I’m totally loving it. 🙂
Love the new look!!! Very snazzy. Thanks for the schedule. I look forward to catching some of these. And maybe next year I’ll actually GO to the conference.
Love the new look — very clean. Maybe I should think about redesigning my blog to make it seem clean since I can’t really seem to get a handle on it in my house.
I love the facelift! I love the boldness and the softness combined. That is so very you.
Wow, it looks so professional.
And I hope you go to the Women’s Conference again next year, maybe I can too.
Love the new look! Did you do it yourself? Thanks for the links!
Your new look is beautiful! Thanks for the info on Women’s Conference too – I’m really looking forward to seeing the talks.
